Job Position: Marketing Manager
Work Schedule: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week.
Location: Toronto
Wages: $72,800 to $82,900 annually
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Education: College Diploma
Specific Requirements:
 Work with the executive team and set the marketing strategy for the business.
 Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
 Analyze collected marketing data and market trends, then prepare forecasts, generate new business leads.
 Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, financial, administrative teams to increase the company’s brand awareness and market share.
 Be responsible of developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
 Hire, organize, manage, and train the marketing team.
 Prepare and present seasonal and annual report to senior management.
 Keep informed of marketing strategies, trends, and competitor’s updates.
Experience:
• Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Social media: 1 year (Preferred)
• Digital media: 1 year (Preferred)
• Design & UX : 1 year (Preferred)
• Leading/managing a marketing team: 3 years (Required)
